I'm writing this letter to express my gratitude for the trainer program at
the Allentown Call Center. I have been with T-mobile for almost four years and have been a diabetic for about eight years.
Last September my doctor had to start prescribing medication to control my blood sugar and he also wanted me to get into a exercise program to lose weight and increase my physical activity.
Since April of 2007, I started working out with Mike he has helped me to lose 30 pounds, but more importantly
working out has helped me lower my blood sugar. While
training with Mike, he explained the importance of switching to whole grains to help with weight management. After
our conversation about nutrition, I started to read up on the
affects of different carbs on blood sugar. I was able to drop down two clothing sizes. I can’t begin to tell you how great it felt to put on clothes that hav'nt fit for over two years. Also as a result of working out I have more energy than I had two years ago! Mike has made working out the better part of my day and now I look forward to going to the gym.
