| FACTS Fitness started as an in-home personal training company in 1996 serving the Philadelphia suburbs and surrounding areas. Founder of FACTS Fitness, Tom Fenstermacher, has built the company with a creative, hands-on approach to personal training. |

- 30 or 60-minute Personal Training Sessions
- Buddy Training
- Small Group Training including themed groups
- Motivator Program: 1 training session per month with a comprehensive fitness evaluation and monthly program goals

ROLE OF A PERSONAL TRAINER
Our degreed and certified personal trainers provide knowledge, structure, and motivation as assistance to you as you pursue your health and fitness goals. The FACTS Fitness personal training team includes experienced fitness professionals who have Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, as well as personal training, group fitness, and athletic training certifications. Furthermore, all FACTS Fitness personal trainers are CPR and AED certified.
