FACTS Fitness offers a structured 12-week fitness training program supervised by a certified and degreed fitness professional. The program includes weekly strength training sessions with a personal trainer as well as nutritional guidelines. With your commitment to follow this program, we guarantee to produce results, or refund your money.
 
Our trainers begin the 12-week program with a comprehensive fitness evaluation and goal setting session to establish your baseline measurements. The evaluation includes body composition, girth measurements, aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and flexibility. The program consists of 2-60 minute or 3-30 minute training sessions per week. The personal trainer will keep track of your progress with a midpoint fitness evaluation and reassessment of your goals.
 
Over the course of the 12 weeks, your trainer will continually adjust and vary your program to help meet your current fitness level, and optimize progress. At the end of the 12 weeks, you will receive a re-evaluation, along with graphic printout depicting your progress.
