FACTS Fitness Workplace Programs
 
  1. “Healthy Living” Evaluation: Health screening and fitness tests to determine baselines of individual employees. Testing includes blood pressure, body fat testing, body circumference measurements, and personal physical history. Identification of risk and needs based on initial evaluation. Upon completion of evaluation, realistic fitness goals will be determined.
  2. Wellness Strategies/Programs including seminars and workshops on health and fitness topics.
  3. Health Fair: Our professional trainers will come to your location and provide health screenings including blood pressure screening, body fat testing, resting heart rate measurement; fitness tips, exercise demonstrations, nutritional counseling, etc.
  4. Other Wellness Services including Nutritional Counseling, Massage Therapy (seated chair and full body), Personal Training, Individual Wellness Counseling including lifestyle change, risk reduction, etc.
  5. Lunch ‘n Learn: Lunchtime seminar with fitness and nutritional professionals sharing tips and information on healthy living.
Team Building Activities: FACTS Fitness, Inc. would customize team building activities for your employees which would provide positive ways to take professional relationships to new levels. Coworkers would discover new and different ways of working together through group activities including but not limited to the following:
 
  1. C.L.I.M.B. (Creative Ladder Intervals and Mega BootCamp) This original FACTS Fitness class combines creative agility ladder drills and bootcamp style activities/exercises to work on speed, agility, muscle tone, fat burning and stamina. It is a fun and creative class guaranteed to make you sweat and to keep your interest. Buddy exercises are also used for added motivation and team building. C.L.I.M.B. has been featured on NBC-10 News and has recently been chosen as “Best Boot Camp” by Main Line Today magazine’s 2007 ‘Best Of’ issue.
