Tom Fenstermacher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from West Chester University.
Tom has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. He started his career and his company as an in-home personal trainer and has grown his business into one of the top fitness companies in the Philadelphia region. FACTS Fitness operates and manages five facilities including Steel Fitness in Bethlehem and Ellis Athletic Center in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
Tom's talent for Fitness Center Design was recently recognized by Fitness Management magazine as he was chosen as an honorable mention for a NOVA7 award for the design of Steel Fitness in Bethlehem.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ursinus College, and a Master's of Science in Sport and Athletic Administration from West Chester University. Employed by FACTS Fitness for over 10 years, Ian has transitioned from personal trainer to Vice President of Operations, overseeing several corporate and commercial health clubs.
Ian's professional accomplishments include appearances in various publications, several speaking engagements, and awards for innovations in fitness programming. Ian also serves as an adjunct instructor for the Penn State University kinesiology department. |

Debbi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from West Chester University. She has been with FACTS Fitness for 6 years and has over 12 years experience in public relations and marketing. She has recently had articles published in Corporate Wellness Today magazine. Debbi is a certified personal trainer with ISSA and AAAI/ISMA.

| Kathi has an Associate Degree in Applied Science, majoring in Accounting from DCCC. She has worked in the Accounting field for 15 years, working in Accounts Receivable and Payables, and eventually managing an Accounting Department. Kathi also spent some time working in the Human Resources field, obtaining a PHR certificate through SHRM. But her LOVE for accounting and working with numbers has brought her to FACTS Fitness where she has worked as the company’s Billing Manager since January 2007. |

Patrick attended Winthrop University for Business. His fitness certification is from World Instructors Training School. He entered the fitness field because he enjoys healthy/active living.
Patrick is an American Legion baseball umpire. His favorite hobby is playing hockey. |

| Kyle graduated from DeSales University in 2005 majoring in Sports Management. While at DeSales, he played baseball and participated in the 2003 Division III College World Series. He continued his education at East Stroudsburg University where he earned a Masters degree in Sports Management. Kyle has over 5 years experience in performance training, athletic training, and personal training. He is also a professional rescuer in first aid and CPR. |

Jenn Washburn graduated from Health Options Institute. Her certifications include Mad Dogg Spin Instructor, AFFA Instructor and she is a National Certified Massage Therapist. Jenn has been in the fitness field for 10 years and enjoys helping others create a healthy lifestyle.
Jenn’s hobbies include competing in 5K races and half marathons. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family.

Jason Sell was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA. He graduated from Bethlehem Catholic H.S. and went on to achieve Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from DeSales University. He has been a basketball player and competitive athlete for most of his life. “It's a lifestyle for me, and this passion eventually led me into the health and fitness industry,” said Jason. He is currently a AAAI/ISMA certified personal trainer and has been a manager in the fitness industry for about 6 years now.

Heather attended Penn State University, during which she started teaching aerobic classes. Heather has always been interested in working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She decided to become a certified personal trainer to share her passion for staying healthy and active when she became a stay at home mom 16 years ago. She is a ASFA Certified Master Trainer and is constantly staying updated and educated to give her clients the healthiest and safest techniques to keep them in the best possible condition they can be. She specializes in core training, golf and tennis sports specific. As well as everyday functional training.

Amy's passion for fitness and nutrition has grown over the past 6 years - so much so that she decided to follow her dream. She decided to pursue her ISSA personal training certification so she could help others improve their lives through exercise and proper nutrition. Amy feels that fitness should be viewed as an all-around healthy lifestyle which includes balanced nutrition, resistance training, and cardiovascular exercise. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting new healthy recipes as well as a new found hobby of fitness model competitions. Amy has placed in the top 5 numerous times with two first place winnings.
